Effective 1 September 2026. Larp supports paid Reddit field work only when the commercial relationship is clear to readers.
Required disclosure#
Every public post or comment created for a campaign must include the disclosure line supplied in the brief. It must be understandable, conspicuous, and placed in the post or comment itself—not hidden in a profile, behind a link, or separated from the endorsement.
Truthful endorsements#
Campaign claims must be accurate and supportable. Ambassadors may describe only experiences and opinions they genuinely hold and must not claim personal use they did not have. Compensation, free products, and other material connections must be disclosed in plain language.
Who publishes and reviews#
Ambassadors publish from their own Reddit accounts and remain responsible for account and community rules. Automated checks may confirm that the disclosure appears on the submitted permalink. Advertisers do not review completions; platform staff perform the final review against the campaign brief.
Prohibited practices#
Larp does not allow fake engagement, coordinated voting, vote buying, concealed sponsorship, impersonation, fabricated testimonials, or instructions to evade moderation. A campaign may not condition payment on suppressing an honest negative opinion.
Corrections and enforcement#
Missing or unclear disclosures must be corrected before approval. Larp may reject work, pause campaigns, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts where disclosure or truthfulness requirements are breached. Report concerns to hello@larp.ad.
