Effective 1 September 2026. Larp uses vetted service providers to operate larp.ad. This page describes the processing functions so customers can understand where data may flow.
Infrastructure and hosting#
Cloud hosting, content delivery, managed database, storage, logging, and monitoring providers process account, organization, campaign, public evidence, and technical event data needed to deliver and protect the service.
Payments#
Stripe processes checkout, billing, payment identifiers, and transaction events. Larp records money as integer cents and credits wallets only after validating signed Stripe webhooks; return URLs do not credit funds.
Authentication and communications#
Authentication providers may process identity, session, and security-event data. Transactional email and support providers process contact details and message content needed for verification, notices, and customer assistance.
Product operations#
Reliability, error tracking, fraud prevention, and limited product measurement providers may process device, request, and usage data. Advertiser data remains organization-scoped within Larp. Provider access is limited to its service function.
Provider controls and changes#
We require confidentiality, security, and data-processing terms appropriate to each provider's role. We review material changes and will update this page before or promptly after adding a new processing category. Customers with a contractual notice right may contact us to register an address.
Questions or objections#
Email hello@larp.ad with a specific data-protection concern. We will assess reasonable objections in good faith and explain available options.
