Effective 1 September 2026. This policy explains how plan charges, wallet funds, campaign reservations, and refund requests are handled.
Wallet funding#
Money is recorded as integer cents. A wallet is credited only after Larp verifies a signed Stripe webhook. Checkout success pages, browser redirects, and return URLs never create credit. Duplicate or reversed payment events are reconciled against the payment record.
Campaign funds#
Campaign budgets may be reserved from the organization wallet while work is open or under review. Unused reserved funds return to the wallet when a campaign is paused, cancelled, or closed under its displayed rules. Funds already awarded for approved work are not unused funds.
Subscriptions#
You can cancel renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Partial-period refunds or credits are not automatic unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Eligible corrections#
We will investigate duplicate charges, processing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or service charges that law requires us to refund. A wallet balance is not automatically redeemable for cash. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where practical.
How to request review#
Email hello@larp.ad with the organization, charge date, amount, Stripe receipt or payment reference, and reason. Do not include full card details. We may request account verification and relevant records before deciding.
