Effective 1 September 2026. This policy explains how Larp handles information when you use larp.ad, its advertiser workspace, and related services.
Information we collect#
We collect account and contact details, organization membership and roles, campaign briefs, task records, support messages, and billing identifiers. We also keep security and usage records such as sign-in events, IP address, device information, and request logs. Campaign evidence can include public Reddit permalinks, disclosure text, and the public content needed to verify completion.
How we use information#
We use information to operate accounts and campaigns, prevent abuse, verify disclosed work, provide support, maintain audit records, and meet payment and legal obligations. Advertisers do not review ambassador completions; platform staff do. Ambassadors post from their own Reddit accounts and must use the required disclosure.
Organizations and service providers#
Advertiser data is organization-scoped. Authorized members of an organization can access that organization's campaigns, billing, and reports according to their role. We share only necessary data with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, fraud-prevention, and payment providers. Stripe processes payment details. Money is recorded as integer cents, and a wallet is credited only after Larp validates a signed Stripe webhook; a checkout return URL never credits funds.
Retention and security#
We retain account and campaign records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and satisfy accounting or legal duties. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected secrets, monitoring, and backups, but no system is risk-free.
Your choices and rights#
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Organization administrators can manage members and workspace data. You may also control non-essential cookies through available browser or site controls.
